Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or services sold through the Serola Biomechanics website. Please contact us before returning a product.
All returns must be sent by a prepaid, insured, and traceable method such as FedEx or UPS to the address below.

Non-refundable items or services
Any items or services purchased from Serola Biomechanics cannot be returned or refunded, unless otherwise specified in writing by Serola Biomechanics. This policy applies to the following product categories:
- Sacroiliac belt
- Gel bow elbow pad
- Belt extender
- Inflatable Pelvic Blocks
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our no refund policy include:
- Defective or Damaged Items: For defective or damaged items, please report it within 5 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Serola Biomechanics.
- To report defective products, contact Serola Biomechanics on +31 (0) 548 659 071 or europe@serola.eu. You will be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return label for the defective product will be emailed.
- Wrong item sent: If you receive an item other than the one you ordered, please notify our customer service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.
- In cases where an exchange for a different size of the same current product of equal value is required, please contact Serola Biomechanics on +31 (0) 548 659 071 or europe@serola.eu to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Exchanges will not be accepted without a return authorization number. The product must be unworn, undamaged, with the original tags and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. The product will then be inspected by Serola Biomechanics upon receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- Products in special sizes cannot be exchanged.
- Incorrect quantities or delivery in addition to damaged items: contact Serola Biomechanics on +31 (0) 548 659 071 or europe@serola.eu to report the incorrect delivery. A package to correct the order will be sent via FedEx within two business days.
- You will receive and include a Return Authorization (RA) number and return label with your shipment to correct the order. Misdelivered items must be returned to Serola Biomechanics within seven business days to avoid charge.
- A return label will only be issued if Serola Biomechanics is responsible for incorrect quantities or shipping errors. If retailers, wholesalers, and/or distributors are responsible for an incorrect order quantity or shipping error, customers are responsible for obtaining their return label and shipping charges.
- Incomplete service: If a purchased service is not fully provided or does not meet the predefined criteria as set out, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- Product recalls: In all cases requiring the recall of a Serola Biomechanics product or packaging, Serola Biomechanics coordinates the immediate cessation of sales and distribution of the recalled product. If necessary, Serola Biomechanics will coordinate the recovery of the affected Serola Biomechanics products from purchasers, at Serola Biomechanics’ expense.
- Legal requirements: Subject to applicable law, any other conditions or circumstances under which we are legally required to offer a refund will be taken care of.
